There is a 6% state tax and a 4.5% county tax additional to all rates. The first night's deposit is required to guarantee the reservation; balance due upon arrival. Weekends are Friday & Saturday.

Cancellation Policy: There is a $20 processing fee for all cancellations. Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation notice is made ten (10) days or less before date of arrival. No refunds for early departure. Check-in after 3pm; checkout by 11am. All reservations are subject to confirmation.

Fourth of July Reservations: Minimum nights are required, please contact reservations department for details. Deposit for the first night is required at time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due by June 1st. There will be a $20 processing fee for cancellations before June 1st, for any cancellation after June 1st, any deposits will be forfeited, No Refunds!

For Fourth of July reservations confirmed after June 1st: Deposit for the first night will be required at reservation time, balance in full will be required within 48 hours. If this reservation is cancelled, any and all deposits will be forfeited, No Refunds!

** Above rates are subject to change. Rates may vary holidays and events weekends including: Springfest, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Bikers Week, Sunfest, Winefest, Corvettes and Cruisers Weekends.

Smoke Free Facility: The Breakers Hotel, including all rooms, public spaces and balconies are entirely smoke-free.

Each room type has a designated maximum number of guests. Sorry, no pets are allowed. You will be asked to leave if a pet is found in your room and we will NOT issue a refund.

Storage is available for all surf boards, please do not store them in guest rooms.

Note: In order to rent a room, guests must be at least 21 years of age with a major credit card and a valid driver's license. Anyone under 21 without adult supervision (parent/guardian) will be required a $500 cash deposit. The Breakers Hotel does not permit excessive noise within the hotel and strictly enforces under age drinking laws, as set forth by the State of Maryland.
